Upon checking in, the room mix-up created quite the chaotic welcome!!! The noise level in the morning from the kitchen is unbearable. A laundry service disaster left my clothes damaged and missing, quite the inconvenience!!!

The ambiance is nice, but you can hear everything in the riad. it’s a miracle I managed any sleep. also, I almost thought I was at a shouting competition during breakfast! I was hoping for a room upgrade, but apparently that’s too much to ask for at this place. I was so close to giving a good review, but just couldn't.

This place was an oasis! We enjoyed exploring the stunning sights of Marrakech, including the awesome 360-degree views and even got to see the kasbah of Ait-Benhaddou on a quick excursion. The staff really went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and our room was clean and cozy for our stay with our dog.
My wife says that the breakfast could be improved with more variety.

can't wait to go back.
The room was a cozy retreat with air conditioning and a private bathroom. Some nice touches included fresh fruits, a fireplace, and complimentary snacks like cookies. The terrace was perfect to relax. The spa facilities were top-notch, and the breakfast had a lovely variety. The staff, especially Vania and her team, were super helpful with local advice.

The Dar Al Sultan offers a peaceful atmosphere with charming aesthetics, featuring a beautiful wooden canopy bed and a lovely rooftop patio for relaxation. The location in the heart of Marrakech's medina adds to its appeal, making it ideal for exploring. The daily breakfast variety, while limited, is a nice start to the day, and the staff is attentive to guest needs.
The morning noise from the kitchen disrupts sleep.
